My friend is 2 weeks late on her period and has been having sex and doing drugs. Is she pregnant?

Alright... so she's been having protected sex like a rabbit... and she's been doing drugs like pot and popping pills...
i've bought her tests, and we've tried them... they're all negative.
She's late, but sometimes this is normal for her. Do you think she is pregnant?
Is there any way to get her period to come?
